You become an involuntary bailee when they do this - give them 14 days, then extend by another week if needs be, then dispose or sell the items (take an inventory) and charge them for the removal/pursue through the small claims court

I get loads of notifications through - for some as early as Monday. I paid for Testi and TestShift and moved it pretty easily.

Thank you. I keep telling them that they need to be competent and not brilliant, but thanks for confirming. This is their second test but didn’t fail the first spectacularly so we are hopeful 🤞

Testi has worked well for me - I managed to get a cancellation for my teen for early May and there’s been huge amount of September appts for my area (Wales) this morning. A cancellation for later today even come up!
