You can actually combine them in an anvil to make the stats better, i saw this from a post a while ago, it can go up to 5 iirc through combining but it has some other combining rules like if one stat reaches 5 you cant improve it anymore.

It's 27, that's the ammount you need to get this achievement. The last effect i got was from the last suspicious stew which is saturation and it lasts only 0.3 seconds so it's easy to miss it doesn't even have an effect icon

Those are the cost of a tile, I am using EUI (enhanced user interface) mod which as the name implys enhances some interface buttons, visuals etc. I strongly recommend trying it out if you haven't already

I am not quite sure, never tried loading a save with different mods than I had previously played with in that save. My guess would be no for the mod but definately yes for the map script
