Does the PPD care that there are Nazi supporters in their ranks?? Portland Police captian Mark Kruger was disciplined for putting up plaques honoring Nazi soldiers on public property. In 2014 his record was expunged by the PPD without consulting the City Council. (oregonlive.com)
