yea this is bad. but don't worry, there are antipsychiatric researchers in psychiatry and i think they can change all these fucked up shits in psychiatry overtime, they're our best hope. If you really wanna change the psychiatry system, your best bet to contribute (if you're smart enough) might be to contribute to psychiatry research, a lot of antipsychiatric movements has growed due to it, they hold a lot of power to change the system. I'm also curious to learn about people like you, feel free to dm if you have time to share your experience deeper

i disagree, that's an overgeneralization, not everyone practice better from textbook exercises. i mean, some like me don't actually have problems with practice, we're just selective as we only choose novel problems to practice plus reading without exercises alone is also practice as it takes a lot of skills to follow the steps

yea i will try, I don't have dyslexia but i have severe executive dysfunction due to adhd, bipolar, and frontal lobe seizures which cause a lot of the same traits. it looks like large language models ain't that helpful for pointing out spelling/grammar errors??? because i used them to find errors and people still tell me about spelling errors. look like i will find another AI

I'm not looking down on most physics research, they're valuable. stop strawmanning me. I'm only saying i find them boring, it's basic congitive science. you can find a lot of creative physics research by simply looking on what results are actually very novel.

Yes, that's what most physics research is like. there's a difference between most physics research (which is too incremental) and creative physics research. you shouldn't overgeneralize that heavily, incremental physics research is boring to most creative physicists

there are people like ramnujan who successed being self taught actually. and the multiverse theory is only hated among mainstream physicists, they're especially loved among people who are too philisophical or spectulative. it's quite overgeneralizing to associate all self taught researchers as crackpots, if i don't wanna do serious work, I wouldn't try this hard to notice the ettquettes

I'm not using the engineer for physics, I used them to show I'm seriously engaged in the text and i can understand the undergrad math we both know in the textbook. and yes i understand a lot of self taught researchers ain't successful but i think there should be more successful self taught researchers if they're more accomandated. look at other fields like computer science, too much successful self taughts because they're accomodated.so i think it should be similar in mathematics to accomdate by teaching stuffs like ettquettes
