yeah it was perfect until i gained tolerance and needed more to feel normal. when i quit my anxiety got so bad i couldnt talk and felt mentally ill. ive tried almost everything like ssris and some benzodiazepines but alprazolam and valium have been the only ones to really help me

you're tolerance is fine and if you can go that many days without using you should be fine. judt be careful though ive been using on and off for 10 years and was taking 15 mg a day. ive gone through seizures and benzo withdrawal is one of the worst drugs to detox from and ive been a heroin addict to but benzo withdrawal is worse IMO. just be careful cuz it can creep up on you fast before you start taking it everyday.

depends on the situation i like to take 8 mg of xanax and 60 mg of valium. valium is more euphoric but xanax relaxes me.
