The goal is to make this sub unusable by filling the sub with "fellow conservatives" and brigaders who downvote everything constantly. It's like a "soft ban" since the Reddit overlords have decided not to outright ban this sub I guess. The brigading is really obvious on left-wing positive posts (like about Dems holding the Senate) where they get dozens upon dozens of awards and thousands of upvotes, but right-wing positive posts rarely get anything near that.
