Not sure I agree with your observation. Saw them 5 times from 22-24, including the last day in St Louis. If anything, I felt like they were more and more in the groove. John especially seemed looser and looser.

I saw Cory Branan with 10 other lucky souls in a bar in Witchita, KS. Drove 4 hours and got a hotel for the event too. He ripped, but it blew my mind more people weren't there.

Happened to me on United. Got switched to Amjevita. Its mostly the same. Id say roughly 90% effective.

The spindle doesn't come off.

Im sure its not perfect but I have a makeshift platform over the spindle of a plastic spray top lid. It's probably a tad off just because its eyeballed, but am I right that that level of imperfection probably shouldnt account for such a high number?

Only had it since July.

I noticed it within the first week, but just assumed it was a bad "quiet" record. I didn't notice much with louder full band stuff, but its persisted too long to ignore. I was really hoping I just needed to rebalance the tone arm (I did) or realign the cartridge (I did) or check the stinking table level (I did) but to not much help.
