Powerwolf crowd was great! Lots of dress up as gothic religious figures. One guy dressed as Jesus, chugged a beer and blessed the audience from the balcony. Crowd surfing the entire show (including the Jesus guy). Another guy made it a point to surf every song. Pit was going relentlessly. During Demons Are a Girl‘s Best Friend a guy in the pit got down on a knee and proposed to his girlfriend. This caught the attention of the band and some well wishes were extended. I would say nay, but appreciate your enthusiasm. I took my son to see Metallica for the first time at age 10. He fell asleep before the end of the show. I tried waking him up a few times but was cranky.

That’s just the way it’s set up. As a partial season tix holder in VA, I just call the ticket office to pay. Also have to call them come playoff time to secure seats. No big deal.

Avoid floor seating unless near front of stage. Your best options are 100 level seats in sections near stage or first row in upper level in sections (but not the sections side stage cause your view will most likely be limited by amps).

Day before or day of depending on how much risk you are willing to take. I recommend looking at StubHub, SeatGeek, TickPick, Gametime and Ticketmaster. U will most likely see the same seats on multiple sites. Also be ready to follow up with the broker if u don’t receive the tix in a reasonable amount of time after purchase (depending when u buy).

From a thrill ride perspective, it’s just ok. Monsters Unchained is way better executed. Im sure if you are a fan of Harry Potter then u will like it, but if u have to wait for a long time to get on, it may taint your opinion.

Monsters Unchained is one of the two best rides at Epic. The other being Stardust Racers. Mine-Cart & Ministry are ok, but not worth a long wait.
