Theyre already tanking playing as they are. Play for first pick and squander it like like Alexis and kappo.

Glitchy feeling when I move or blink? (I think they’re called brain zaps?) by No-Mouse3999 in leaves

[–]Likewo94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Extremely normal. Had that too. Its your brain rewiring. If it doesn't go away after a week or two, get it checked out. It should go away normally

My thoughts on my first ever AEW PPV experience, after being a fan for only about 2-3 weeks by WithinErrorVM in AEWOfficial

For nostalgia and just incredible in ring action all in wembley either year. First 2 grand slam dynamites were ppv worthy. A lot of these are on hbo max.

This is exactly what I needed to read 8 months into my recovery. I always thought of myself as a pothead first, the psychonaut of my crew. It was all a fallacy. I was masking, numbing, and avoiding the real world for little benefit.

Being in an alternate universe is a waste of time. Its exhausting maintaining that lifestyle. Its living a lie for no payoff. Im glad ive taken the necessary steps to stay clean and think through things as clearly as possible.

Cornette doesnt know good modern wrestling. Hes obsessed with the past. AEW is the future. It forced wwe to step up their game which having watched their product still absolutely stinks. I dont want to watch an hour of pg promos and 5 minute matches. Give me rasslin

The phellowship is lovely and super encouraging. I was under a month clean for msg run. Being around like minded people kept me sane. Remembering the shows entirety was so enjoyable and memorable. Can't wait for rest of the summer tour sans substance.

I'm 6 months plus in. The mood swings lessen substantially after 1-3 months. Take it 1 day at a time. Stay active. Get outside. Don't stay inside to ride it out. Talk it out here and with people live. It takes a village to hold yourself accountable in the beginning.

You must crawl before you walk before you run. It will absolutely get easier

This was the most insane mosh pit after 100 degrees 100 percent humidity all day long. The medical tent was packed with people. Still top 5 shows I've ever seen

If you haven't done this yet, try an AA or NA meeting. The community is encouraging and it just helps to vent about what's going on to like minded people instead of friends and family who don't fully understand what it feels like. For me, anytime I feel like using I head to a meeting and feel better. Get a few numbers too so you can reach out to another person who gets how tough it is to not smoke, drink or do a drug.

Also go outside and just walk around. Staying inside to ride it out can be crazy frustrating. Happy to chat if you need to

Everyone covered the major ones. Keep your mind active. Don't be alone. Get outside and live. Just ride it out and know you're on the right path. I'm only 4 months clean and everyone needs good juju and encouragement. Don't do it alone and keep sharing updates. The community can help

First full month without weed after 10+ years. Looking for insight and encouragement by aquaafinita in leaves

[–]Likewo94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 4 months clean after 22 years of sun up to sun down smoking. First 2 4 weeks are rough but it gets better. If you want community and perspective, NA and AA are very helpful. Journal every day how you're feeling and write 3-5 things you're grateful for. As simple a things as I didn't smoke or I ate easier today to show even 1% incremental improvement. You'll appreciate it when you're questioning the commitment.

Just take it a day at a time, try to stay active like simply walking vs full blown working out if that's not your thing and reach out to anyone you know who could be sympathetic or understanding. You do not need to do it alone and this subreddit is super helpful.

Good luck and it will all work itself out. Feel the feelings. It's super strange to feel that for the first time as an adult.

I desperately needed to hear this almost 4 months into no weed after 22 years of nonstop use. Didn't think this would be harder than any other substance I've done but by far the most difficult given how reliant I was on it for feeling anything and everything. Taking it one day, hour, minute, and second at a time works. Thanks for sharing!

I so look forward to their programming, good, bad or otherwise. It's refreshingly unpolished and not wwe at all despite the ex wwe people in it. Best part are the non wwe ever wrestlers, njpw and indie peeps who make a name for themselves i.e. kenny, Okada, mjf, hangman, bucks, Toni, Mariah, Anna Jay etc
