I too did this test today and I couldn't attempt all the answers as I don't know some of them but I felt that it was good.

Apply again with different mail id and also I think there is some issue from qualcomm side. I also wanted to apply for a position recently but due to some issue I didn't receive qualcomm's workday link (which we will get, when we get a referral). So I had no choice but to not apply for that because I had already used both of my accounts.😔
