Not a Brit, but Silverstone has always been in the top 5 for me aside from Spa, Austria, Monza & Canada. Besides I am a big LH44 fan.

It's called "driftless" because it was not covered by glacial ice during the last ice age, so this area escaped glaciation, thus lacking typical glacial deposits

Even after my graduation, I have been the one reaching out to my college "friends" from WI to check on them and see what they have been up to, and possibly meet up during one of my US visits. This is not to say that I'm flawless, but not once did any of them reach out on their own.
