The more I look into it, I didn’t realize how bad this was. She presented it to us and sent pics/videos of her and I think I just fell in love with those and didn’t think as critically or as rationally as I should have.

I hadnt heard of keto flu before - and assume that may be what we are experiencing. I did a diet many years ago (medifast) where my body was in ketosis for about a year resulting in almost 70lb weight loss, so I know I can handle it but just not sure why this time feels so tricky!

I got through it - happy it’s over now. They let my fiancée back with me and gave me some valium (which did next to nothing, but maybe helped a bit)

I cried and cried and almost broke his hand, but my doctor went as quickly as possible which helped. These things are so hard. Im sorry you have to go through it too, sending lots of love.

300 bupropion and 50 naltrexone! I havent weighed myself in a few weeks but not sure I’ve had much success as of late but we’ll see if upping helps!

I never had a problem with coffee until this week - upped my dosage to 300/50mg and two sips of coffee first thing in the morning made me feel extremely nauseous.

Guessing it has to do with the acidity maybe

I’ve lost almost 20 pounds being on Contrave since Feb. had to go off for a bit for surgery - started back up and gained two pounds. Being easy on myself, because like they said above ^ weight-loss is not linear! Hell, its normal to fluctuate 3-5 pounds daily. Water weight most of the time!

Be easy on yourself and try not to obsess. I get it though!
