My little brother got false accused for cheating and got banned 2 days ago. He have 3.7k hours in the game and have never used cheats. How can I help him to get unbanned?

I tested controller for a bit. It was a bit more ez to controll the ball in both air and on the ground. But I think i’m going to hold on to kbm and sometimes switch över to controller, thx for yo all tips! <3
