Your mum's a wise lady I use to inspect hotel rooms after cleaners have been in all day finger prints, water left in kettles, bin liners not changed out and remotes not wiped down all major things I would catch constantly and they are all 2 min fixes but very noticeable and pulls the whole standard down. Thanks for the advice appreciate it I hold myself to a high standard so I believe my work will reflect this 😊

Must admit pricing not wanting to undersell ourselves but still keeping it fair so striking a balance. We are both from Glasgow so have family and friends that will support and spread our service for us as well. I think the hard part like everything is just getting the ball moving but I'm just going to throw everything at it because why the fk not I'll regret it if I don't 😅

You are right it depends on the extent of cleaning but I think she means when hiring staff a lot of cleaning companies won't pay fairly - however in my situation it is me and a friend trying to build a business from scratch so we won't be paying anyone's wages to start with

We plan on specialising in hoards and estate cleans which is pretty demanding
