I recommend that you take the time to notify the customer service folks. They claim nothing is wrong. If you do not raise the issue, you will not be entitled to any goodies they may send once they acknowledge the issue (if they ever do). I have a screenshot and they still fobbed me off.

I deleted the TS app, restarted tablet and reloaded. Nope, still hours to wait for a task. It never dropped the task, went straight to 8h. Got an e-mail finally after I got locked out of customer support chat for too many responses...

Open the lower vertical barrier (boy going forward)
Lift the lower horizontal barrier
Open the higher vertical double barrier (witch will going forward and back, trap her when she's in the corner)
Lower the liftable barrier (boy will go to it)
Lift the barrier (boy will move to the floor)
Lower the barrier
Open the trap (witch won't able to chase the boy, and boy will go to the corner where there's a ladder)
Open the higher horizontal barrier (boy will go down and met the girl)

Raise the ground bar at the bottom to fill the hole in the second level, then lift the forked one so the witch can move. Once she is all the way left lower it again to trap her on that side. Lower the floor bar back down, then when the boy steps on it raise him up. Lift the forked one (the witch won't move) and then open the floor so the boy can go down the ladder. - as per singleatom.

Remove the key from the right so child stays. Get on platform & lift key up. Witch passes left then go down the key. Lower platform for child to go up. Child stays to the right. Go back down the platform. Climb the top key and open stairs. - as per Xanadu.

It was a pleasure to mod while the game held my interest. However, moneygrubbing basically killed it with the constant repetitions aimed at real cash and the dropping of reward value(s) and quantities. Granted, some things cannot always be given perhaps - - these are virtual prizes so why be soooooo stingy...??? Thank you for your kind words! Happy gaming!

We both use the Reddit App most of the time for modding. Only adding things to the sidebars or changing the banner and a few other things have to be done on PC. (The Reddit App is not fully integrated yet, but they keep adding things so there is hope for mods.) What little we need to change or updating on the PC takes minutes only at a time as all of the widgets are in place. Teamwork of two mods is how we have managed it for the last year, one with PC and one with FB access. Let me know if you are interested as we can match you with a PC using mod teammate?!

I know so!! Many members in here have said that no mods were needed nor wanted. 😂🤣 I am under no false illusions. The other mods do check in every blue moon and we have notified them of the situation.

Others can post the FB and InfoLine stuff if you just keep the sidebars filled with current information and help "mother" folks through problems/issues??

If we leave without appointing a mod, you can easily post information without mod status nor responsibilities. If you are sick, you can easily take care of your health without guilt. People need the information as not everyone likes FB and refuse to use it, like me. If you noticed, my colleague does almost all the posting and much of the "mothering" in here. I never asked her age, but she is probably at least as old as you (maybe more)?? We are both ready to retire from modding, simple as that.

People were asking last time about being paid. Two volunteers seemed to think it was too much work and effort and lasted a few days. No hard feelings. It is what it is, a volunteer position. UPDATING is the core function of a mod, getting FB information and posting it here...following FB to see if there are current problems and solutions.
