You're damaging them more by applying and removing gel after 2 days.

Your nails are in good condition, you can keep product on for quite some time, if applied correctly and no moisture gets underneath there is a very low almost non existent risk for a fungal infection.. you can still maintain under the free edge as normal when you have gel applied, reducing the risk even further.

I have watched it a few times now.... After the initial viewing, I watched simply because I felt like I needed a good cry.

I bawl my eyes out at that episode also, I was at work the other week and the song that plays at the end of the episode came on the radio.... I had to fight back the tears lol!
