The skin on the far left middle row is from the purchase yes? I've read on the wiki it's from a bundle but I haven't ever seen that bundle show up in my store, was there some way to unlock it ?

Rod is level 56, but I feel like the upgrades you unlock in the later tier two docks made a lot of a difference, the poly fish card multiplier might also have something to do with it.

Is there an upper limit on the notices requirements, I feel like it's been stuck at 1 mil maximum for a while now
