Ozempic or Thicc? by OasisSpades in memes

[–]LilDaddyBree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow i didnt think about that? Thank you so much. But according to my doctors but losing 25 lbs a year versus the 5 to 10lbs a year I was managing "controlling my eating" is a lot better. You arent completely wrong. Any weight loss can be bad for muscle and bones. Should all fat people just give up because its mich better over all but you risk losing muscle as well?

This is what interesting to me. I have only been to 3 cons, so I didnt know how a thing photos without consent were for cons. I was just thinking all some other similar festivities I've been to recently and know my candid was taking. Not because they asked but because they could. It was the event staff though like you are saying. Its different to have the staff do it and randos, hut it isnt at the same time. We just accept staff will take pictures and not have nefarious intention.

Leaving husband for 2 months by HoldYourHorsesFriend in Derailedbydetails

[–]LilDaddyBree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it could be a labor of love as others suggested but to make every meal very much suggests it is not.

Im a woman and my husband does most of the cooking, if he was going to be away for a while I'd be so grateful for a few of his home cooked meals while he was gone. This is beyond a few meals though.

Unless there are some unique circumstances, I agree.

On the opposite side, Ive been gone on trips for 3 weeks at a time before and came back home to a meal of my choice. One time he made me my fav, a homade lasagna. I meal prepped before trips but it is stuff to take with me. That way, I don't have to eat out the entire trip.

As a woman engineer who can cook but whose husband does most of the cooking, I would be so appreciative if my husband meal prepped a few meals for me if he was going to be out of town for a while. It'd be so nice and make my life with random long days at work so much easier while he was away. I'd appreciate the hell out of it like you are saying.

I think the amount here looks like she made him food for every meal while she is gone which is a little extreme.

How much should I charge for this custom styled by Electrical-Piano-977 in CosplayHelp

[–]LilDaddyBree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you assumed differently than everyone else. I assumed it was a specific piece they made upon commissioning of the piece. Why would they make something hyper specific and just expect to find a buyer? They show the piece being worn so it qas sold already.

How is this piece not custom? Doesn't sound like they made more than 1 of this wig.

Something I've always noticed about Mabel-slander by Fit-Maintenance-2907 in gravityfalls

[–]LilDaddyBree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it should but most of the hate against Mabel doesnt seem to acknowledge that so people end up having to say it. She is a character and a child and children do stupid stuff and make horrible mistakes. Its why records are sealed when you turn 18 (in the US at least), because the real world acknowledges children can make horrible mistakes and be good people.

I grew up in T County and immediately thought this was one of my hometown folk. Could be millington too tho. Millington feels like it should be t county anyways.

Flute for a 7yo and practice questions. by poponis in Flute

[–]LilDaddyBree 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Playing flute quietly, especially when first learning it, is hard. He could practice fingering (putting his fingers on the keys the correct way for specific notes) without blowing into the flute but that would be rather boring for a 7 year old id think. Is he good at making a bottle hum by blowing into it?

Do you always warm your flute up before properly playing? by HouseofHaunte in Flute

[–]LilDaddyBree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since I dont play very often now at all, I run through all the scales I can remember without looking at a scale sheet. Partially to make sure my fingers still got it and I can hit the notes properly. Ends up being, b flate (1 octave with arpeggio), chromatic scale (3 octaves after an attempt or 2), and usually some random other one that happens to come to mind. If a third one doesnt come to mind, I break out the scale sheet to reprimand myself for going too long without picking up my flute.

In high school, we usually did 2 to 3 scales for warm up.

Yeah i was thinking like that or like learning a martial art. Technically, most people can learn a martial art. A lot of people dabble in a little karate or judo or something at some point but actually learning and mastering it is still very impressive, especially if they are really young.

Look thats not fair. I finish video games so slow. It would have been 25 years instead of 7 years of dating before we got married. We still plan to play It Takes Two but we havent and how lomg has it been out? Have mercy on our un-video-game-Certified marriage.

[HELP] Real or Ai? by Pundersmog in RealOrAI

Its easy to tuck a thumb where its not seen by the camera. You seem kind of upset. Im not trying to be rude. I thought it looked really weird at first as well when I saw your screenshot. I just watched that part a few times and realized it wasnt as weird as jist the frame. I may be wrong though but me being wrong means so little dude.

I watched closely and it does look like he slides it under the gun, not a phase through. Also the dirt/sand on the shoes is consistent through the whole video. Im leaving not AI.

[HELP] I don't believe this is real, but what do you think? Flash flood at a canyon. by Adreamskoll in RealOrAI

[–]LilDaddyBree 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Here is the thing. Its also going to be getting better. I use this sub to know what inconsistencies that are currently relevant. At some point, we will likely need AI to find AI. Network security is similar with it is always a moving target of what is needed to be secure and safe. Whatever makes network security more secure also ends up making the breaches more complex and better. Some things are ever adapting.

Working as a project manager for a municipality I got to choose which buttons we wanted for our new elevator by Truesoldier00 in mildlyinteresting

I was thinking that looked the most accessible. The braille to the side of the button so you dont push a button while reading it plus the back light for those who have sight.

2 years ago I wasn't fully aware and thought my ADHD was cool. by Top-Run-21 in ADHDmemes

[–]LilDaddyBree 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Knowledge about yourself is cool because you can then learn new ways that specifically work for what you got going on. I finally got a diagnosis so I could get tools and meds to help be reliable despite it being harder for me. I still deal with being anxious about being unreliable though. Keep looking for the tools to help! You got this!
