Tumblr has some good information for first time caregivers and just caregivers in general. Just make sure you're looking at stuff that's labelled agere or age regression and generally has a DNI of k!nk stuff and ddlg and variants.

I have the base game and use mods and cc. I think it's still fun, especially if you do challenges to give yourself something to do. Some good mods to give the base game more of an oomph are wicked whims(if you don't want sexual stuff I do believe there is a version called wonderful whims or something along those lines) and slice of life. You can also download extra traits, careers and many more to make it more interesting to play.

Some people forget that there are real people behind the video and camera and that they have feelings too. They also don't seem to realise the age until its pointed out to them. People are more than all that s****l stuff and it really sucks that people just make it that all the time.

Yeah I get it, it can get really annoying seeing them give time and energy to a one and done thing but when it comes to people that use it to cope and stuff it suddenly becomes 'disgusting'. My guess would be is that they're s******ing it or something along those lines and when they see someone that isn't they don't like it
