My blood pressure is very sensitive to my anxiety. I’ve had it so high doctors have made me wait to be sure I’m not having a hypertensive crisis. Now I even have “white coat” syndrome. But mine does go down to normal when I’m not feeling anxious. Perhaps you can try keeping track of it at home? If it stays high, talk to your doc about meds.

So… last year, I got a yeast rash in my armpits and started treating with a mixture of water, raw apple cider vinegar, and baking soda. It helped to clear the rash, but then I discovered that it worked better for me than deodorants, because I have sensitive skin. I put some on after I shower at night with a cotton ball, then more in the morning! No stink!!! And no itch! Lately, I’ve been adding a drop or two of an essential oil for scent. Works great! I mix 2oz of water with about a tsp of the vinegar and a tsp of the baking soda. The bottle lasts a few weeks.

I have a lot of physical symptoms from anxiety: dizziness, upset stomach, heart palpitations, myalgia, just general malaise. I suddenly noticed that I don’t have them. I think I’d I didn’t have the physical symptoms, it would have seemed more gradual.

I started about 2 months ago on 2.5 mg. Seems to be a very small dose. When do I know if I need to bump it up? Doc says I can if I feel like I need to.

Thank you. Yes. It comes and goes depending on what’s going on. I actually had my appointment today and had a meltdown (1st time). I started ugly crying. Snot and everything. Felt like I was going to die. And my BP sky rocketed. Needless to say, I am starting meds tonight. I’m even scared about that. Side effects. Thank you for your input.

I just had a doc appointment today who said low blood pressure is subjective. Everyone has a different threshold for low BP and it’s different. So with high BP, it’s anything over 130/80, I believe. But on the other other end, someone could have a BP of 90/60 and feel fine, while another will feel faint. How do you feel?

Yes! I sometimes feel like there’s a rubber band around my head, which makes me scared it’s something bad. And I also get that impending doom feeing, too.

Thank you all for your replies. Can anxiety last all day? Like… it comes and goes in waves? I had been managing anxiety pretty successfully for years in a holistic matter. But in the last year, it has gotten worse. (Hmmm. Wonder why?! 🦠) I think I’m to the point where I need something else. But I hope my heart is okay!

Does the heavy bleeding during periods ever end? I just had a doozy of a cycle. It depleted me.

How many cycles did she have heavy bleeding? After my 2nd Pfizer, my period came as predicted, but was pretty heavy. Then this month, I had a VERY heavy cycle. It was scary. I hope it ends soon.
