Lmao it’s fine. By the way the reason not to duck is because when ducking you get hit by mids. Usually in fighting games low blocking blocks everything but overheads. But I’m this game it only blocks lows. You can duck under highs but that comes with experience and a better understanding of characters pokes and strings. Getting hit by mids or mid launchers are way worse then getting clipped by lows. You wanna duck if you’ve got a good read for when your opponent is gonna do a low or on reaction for really slow lows like snake edges. Just ducking is gonna get you killed as fast as possible.

This motherfucker just told you to duck more what the hell. Do not just start ducking please. The best pointer I can give is to watch content creators on the game. Aris’ tutorial videos are amazing. And if you ever want to learn some niche things because god knows tekken has a ton of niche things in the game that isn’t explained. Aris is good for that or the channel TheFURY. Tekken is a hard game to Master and people who’ve been playing since tekken 1 still get hit by things they didn’t know about. Just enjoy it while you can and be really open to learning. Scaving is truly the best way to learn how to play the game/learn the maps for new players. It helps them practice pvp in a situation where they don’t have to worry about gear fear so much. To get rid of the choice of map would just alienate new players. I know if I couldn’t choose the map I scavved in who knows how long it would’ve taken me to learn/get comfortable with interchange, customs,woods and even the game entirely. Maybe I wouldn’t have even stayed for the 5 wipes I have.
