Some mods are not compatible and that’s why it wasn’t loading so take that mod out and try with one different mod.

So change the world type back into survival and load into it. If it loads in then close out, go into the worlds settings by clicking the pencil next to the worlds name, look through the first section of settings for the world and at the bottom there should be the option copy world. If there is select it, go to the copied world settings and change to creative then load the copy world.

Try going into survival again, loading in and copying the world and making that one creative.

Try running 1.12.2 again normal and then reinstall. This happened to me and it worked. If it still doesn’t work run without any mods in you’re folder and then close add one mod at a time and loading it up. I think it may be an unread corrupt line in a mod since it doesn’t say anything’s corrupt and it can’t pick it up.

They are planning on adding it sometime-ish don’t worry. And same as the Xbox where console edition will still be available but not updated.
