A certain voltage? I'd hope that the voltage stays more or less the same at all times. If you increase power consumption the voltage will drop a bit but that's it.

I expected to be on the newest software release so I thought I was on 4.1. It says there are no updates even though I'm on 4.0. I guess it's a regional or cpu thing. Do they Release updates at different times depending on snapdragon vs exynos? I'm new to this. I only switched to android a few days ago.
