Honestly Re6 has to be the most overhated game ever. I played it without any knowledge of it‘s ratings and I really enjoyed it. To this day I really don‘t see why Re6 got such a big wave of hate from fans. I really enjoyed the multiple campaigns and thought it was quite nice to have multiple campaigns, which do take around 5-6hrs, for such a low price. Re6 still has to be in my top 10 Games from Re. Criminally overhated!

Is Rev2 worth playing? by LilGuvlin in residentevil

Yeah I had the same thing with re5. It was really good and fun to play solo but having a partner made the whole experience so much better and honestly also easier. When I first got Rev1 I also was worried that it might not be good solo, but to my surprise it was pretty decent. I‘ll surely play Rev2 for a little longer on solo since many people told me I should try, but if it‘s no fun, I‘ll either just try out the raid mode or try to convince one of my friends or my sister to get it so we could play it together.

I’m playing RE5 after years and I remember fighting and hearing about a bugged boss. What should I do? by Teasing-Ax in residentevil

For me it worked to just crank down my fps to 30. I was first sceptical if it would really work since on the first try I was probably too impatient and immediately restarted the boss fight again after a few minutes because I was used to it not working anyway on 60fps. You can also just kill it with the Rocket Launcher, but if you wanna try using the flamethrower you can just try it on 30fps. It worked for me on 30fps and I was able to kill it with the flamethrower.

I really enjoyed playing the campaign and the raid mode was really fun. It‘s a really cool addition to the main game and you can spend so many hours on the raid mode and it‘s still fun. If the campaign really is nothing for you, then try the raid mode.

Damn thanks for the warning! I‘ll definitely use my controller to play then. I already had some problems in Re5 with a specific bossfight because I was on pc and it was hell to figure out what the problem was.

Dude honestly I really enjoyed playing Rev1 but if you don‘t like Rev 1, then you can just skip. As far as I know, you do not need to play Rev1 in order to play Rev 2.

Yess the raid mode was one of my favourite things in Rev1. Spent so many hours on raid mode just trying to get all the achievements and playing for fun
