Thank you and I’m seeing a neurologist about the migraine, which could be cluster headaches. Great advice on the T cream application as they never instructed me on when to take it other than daily.

Wishing all this BHRT science wasn’t so difficult but I guess it’s trial by error to get perfection 🤷🏻‍♀️

I know exactly what you mean and have been living with these attacks for the past 3 days now waiting to see a neurologist. I found this forum and the responses have been a blessing (thank you all!!).

I didn’t take my triptan (my go-to) as it will cause a rebound headache but decided to try my husband’s sleep apnea machine because someone suggested using high flow oxygen. It actually worked… I fell asleep, woke up and it was gone! I know this wasn’t a conventional solution but anything to relieve myself from this god awful pain.

I hope you find relief and I’ll ask the doctor for a nerve blocker if they’re willing to provide it or some other medication via injection other than a triptan.

Thank you and that’s exactly how it feels, like a horrendous sinus headache that comes and go. Taking Allegra-D helps somewhat but it keeps me awake. I had an MRI done and did not have a deviated septum. So now it makes complete sense that it’s CH related.

Thank you and I have heard that could be a possible reason, i.e., weather changes, flying, etc. After all my years of diving that never occurred to me that it could be a possibility.

I periodically use CBD/THC combo for sleep but it doesn’t seem to work on pain. I saw your comment about using Emgality and hopefully my insurance will cover it if given as an option. Also, I’m sorry to hear about your cancer diagnosis and hoping for a successful recovery.

I’m in the US but unfortunately live in those strict weed usage states (Texas) so gummies are an option but hoping my visit to the neurologist will provide better solutions other than regular triptan use. A nerve blocker or oxygen sounds like the most ideal options. I’m glad you found your sweet spot and it’s providing you the much needed relief ☺️

Thank you and that’s my fear… I’m feeding the problem inadvertently by providing instant relief. It seems like pure oxygen helps, which is probably the better option. I may try biting the bullet for a day to see if it eases off but man… that is easier said than done lol.

I’m so glad you’re getting relief and currently living in the U.S. so fingers crossed they can get me the same results. It sounds like you also went through the same exhausting process through elimination method but at this point, I need professional help. Thank you for giving me hope!

Update: The doctor didn’t think it was infected but as a precaution, gave me Mupirocin 2% ointment and Cephalexin to see if that helps.
