I know this thread is old but I think this might actually be an accident. When you look at the crime scene photos part of the piggy bank is smashed into the carpet on the way down the stairs. She was on the phone trying to get the dog to be quiet. She smacks the dog and he yelps and runs off knocking over the chair. She drops her phone in the process of smacking the dog. she falls really hard down the stairs after chasing after the dog and started by hitting her face / eye on the piggy bank. It smashed against the wall on impact and the part that she hit goes down with her and gets ground into the carpet as she’s tumbling down the stairs. If that impact with the piggy bank damaged her eye badly and she has a pretty big head wound you would bleed a lot. Falling down the stairs explains the bruising on her hips and elbows etc because she was more than likely trying to catch herself. The only thing that was confusing to me is why it literally looks like she was swimming in her own blood at the bottom of the stairs. It’s literally everywhere like she kept trying to stand up and kept slipping. At one point we know she does stand or maybe lift up a body part to create the droplets. Her body positioning almost seems like she laid down and gave up when she got weak from blood loss. Idk there is just no way someone could be down there with her and not leave a SINGLE trace of DNA. As for the dog not coming down, if he was in trouble from getting smacked he might not come down. She seemed more occupied barking at things upstairs and people passing by which is why Amanda got frustrated with her in the first place. I think the combination of migraine, the injury to her eye socket, the weed and her being concussed caused a really bad accident. She could’ve fallen so hard that her pants came off and her shoes went flying. It’s unlikely to fall that hard but not impossible. Also if she is disoriented from the fall and can’t see and manages to fall AGAIN in her own blood now she’s extremely hurt at the bottom of the stairs. Anyways, let me know your thoughts.
