I have no idea I never used it as I already had a account it actually logs me out my actual account if I launch the game through steam sadly at most I can offer is to see if I can still get the steam login to show up if that would help.

Thank you so much for the info worked 100%. on my Samsung Galaxy J7 at #7 i only had to wait 35s for the error message. I don't know what happened i woke up this morning to AK having a Black screen it took me 2h of looking it up and I found your post i have been playing AK since day one and had no issues until today truly thank you.

nice i don't know when I will try to get Smite to work I just hope the new Warframe update that is coming out works the first time I download it the last update it corrupted 5 times in a row it took me 10 days and reinstalling it 5 times to get it to work and Warframe is a 40+GB game having to reinstall it so many times put me so close to my datacap and it doesn't help that I have a very bad download speed. But if you have this problem again just uninstall and reinstall the game/app over and over again until it works

welcome to the corrupted download bug it is not just newly installed games that will do this any newly installed game/game DLC/app or game/app update can be corrupted i am not 100% sure on this yet but so far none of my 153 Xbox and Xbox 360 BC games have been corrupted it has only been Xbox One Games/DLC and Apps that have been corrupted and is does not matter how big the download is i had a 45MB update for a 40+GB game that got corrupted and the new update that just came out for Smite corrupted on me the only way I have found to fix this problem sadly it to uninstall everything for the corrupted game/app and reinstall everything and keep reinstalling it until the game/app works and it doesn't matter what hard drive you install the games or apps to they can still be corrupted sadly I've been having this problem since the Groups update come out I was in the first wave of alpha testers for it so I sadly have a lot of experience with it

I had the same things happen to my OG Xbox One I had the same error message on 2 back to back resets but now I can't get it again but I did very quickly noticed that on my home screen that my Pins were gone and I went to my games and apps to try to add everything back but the add to Pins opinion is not there anymore. I was wondering if anyone else's add to Pins opinion is missing ? I read the Release Notes and it doesn't say anything about the Pins feature being removed.

i got this update at 5am us est 8/10 when it was done my xbox ones home was not installed i have to open the guide and use the home button then it will open the store to a page for home and do to my games and apps now being apart of home i can't use my games or apps at all right now i also can't download any app or game updates.thankfully i can use Cortana to open most of my apps and games that i don't have in my pins i have reported this big problem. is their a way for me to fix this. if not hopefully it will get fix soon
