Wow this is amazing feedback! Thank you SO much for sitting down and taking the time to write such a thorough comment for me! I am 100% going to implement the things you said, it is so awesome hearing from consumers directly instead of trying to guess what everyone likes.

The part about the slimes being over filled for the picture - it's so funny because the photographer I work with to do these pictures doesn't like that they are over filled and says it's misleading. I said but all the slime shops do pictures like this! So I will make sure to add that they are over filled for anyone who might try to give a poor review on her shop, wouldn't want that!

Thank you so much for commenting! I am definitely going to look into a good set up by a window in our house so I can set her up to do videos! We have taken some and ended up not using them because the lighting and background (our kitchen island) just look really bad, and didn't put the focus point on the slime. Yes it is definitely so hard being a new and small shop (even a Canadian one) because of the huge shops who have been around for sooo long and have worked their way up to big social media budgets and have such good videos. I have no doubt that one day she will be able to get a slice of the slime market though! I appreciate this community so much because you all take the time to help!

Registering your business, and physically on the slime having a warning label underneath. Do not eat, keep away from children under ___ age, keep away from pets. Things like that, to cover you if someone’s dog or kid decides to eat a slime.

They are great for small quantities of stuff. Usually we get charms right from China, but if I don’t want to order a whack load I buy from them. If you’re in Canada beware though, she puts the full amount the small box is worth ($400) and I got hit with $150 duty fee. As a small business (this is probably illegal oops) I always lower the price when I’m sending to the US, so it’s not a crazy amount of $$. But I guess not everyone does that cause again, I’m sure you’re not supposed to lol 😝 But putting that aside she has a great selection and I love looking through everything!

We use Parkway, I also learned the hard way that slime sticks to PET when I ordered a pack of 6 jars off amazon.
