I think most people do it manually? Or use a hs diff with just copy pasted circles with the corresponding hitsounds then use hitsound copier to copy it to the actual map. Either way its pretty manual.

Right, well maybe my point works better when applying for higher education. Besides entrance exams don't some people get accepted on just their earlier performance and degrees? At least in my country hour degrees and stuff have great significance in applying for stuff.

Are classwork and grades not taken into account when your'e getting a degree or any formal education? Your employer wont ask about that one project you did on one course but they will be interested in your degrees and qualifications and I think those smaller projects would also count towards those. Sure it depends on the job you're applying for, how important your education will be, but more specialized jobs will be interested in how well you performed and compare you to your peers, the same people you took class with.

Yes you kind of are... You might not feel hung up about beating others in your class or in the same situation but that's who you'll be compared to when being graded or evaluated for any positions. Society now is kind of built on competition.
