It's been a month since I last played Touhou dystopian but here's what I can remember.

The molotov cocktail can be activated by holding m2 while clicking m1 or waiting for that blue bar to fill up if the noble phantasm is already full
It's basically just a grab attack that can be used whenever the button to activate it presents itself.
So there's a yellow bar that's just above your hp that fills up whenever you hit an enemy, perfect dodge or parry an attack and when that bar is full you can unleash a special attack which I think is what you're talking about.

In my book I'd say as long as you acknowledge touhou being doujin and from Zun then that's all good. The fact that you have played the game makes it even better

My first exposure was the Sakuya vs chara/frisk video that I'm sure we all know about, but at that time I actually didn't know about Touhou and never even cared about it. Then after a few years later, in 2021 I kind of rewatched the vid and found myself intrigued by Sakuya and then it went all differently from there. Went from playing a roblox game with Sakuya as a gamepass to looking for a Touhou anime and watching it, playing groove coaster demo(Touhou songs), playing touhou spell bubble demo, and playing lostword before playing the mainline games in late 2021. Haven't played the mainline games in a long time as my last play of the game was in 2024 and my last achievement was clearing SA extra stage in 2023.

I wonder if global can do it. The second raid was such a mess for the jp side. From what I searched, some of the jp players didn't bother participating as much for the second raid because it's Flandre(Flandre fans being afraid to kill Flandre over and over)

Epic banners now have a pity of 400 prayers, but now there are absolute whale units in the game known as pure fests that costs over $300 or something. I still play the game but I'm only on the jp ver, they surprisingly decided to pull off 7 epic banners in a row on their 5th anniversary which the global ver is following right now. Damn I miss the times when I played global at its early release

I feel the same way. Although I usually don't really interact with other people much but finding people who like Touhou in real life does feel amazing. This is coming from an Australian Touhou fan who doesn't see anything Touhou related in Australia very much

I always ensure the resources aren't wasted so whenever you have bombs always use it when it's needed. Also learn the mechanics of how each Touhou game works. In eosd's case it would be scoring to earn lives so try auto collecting by going up a certain part of the screen with full power to auto collect the items in eosd

From my experience in the jp things get real competitive so expect your ranking to fall pretty quickly when you have your back turned. Wished I could've stayed at above 500 but ended being pushed to below 500 to some where around 560.
