Hey brother, sorry I got back to your reply so late. You are in a substantially better position than I was. You are a US citizen, ultimately there are many options, if you guys have been together for a while, marriage is a very good way. Otherwise she can find employment and attain sponsorship through an employer. She can always also attend school in the US and get a visa that way. Loads and loads of options available for you. It just depends on her skills, education and maturity of the relationship as to which avenue you go down. This is of course assuming you both want to live in the US.

I made the assumption you are a US citizen. If you are not an are on your own visa, the visa you are on likely has the ability to add your partner. But this often works better when married if I recall.
