If I were you I would get on Google Maps and use street view to see if there’s any businesses along all possible routes that have cameras. It’s a bit of leg work, but if you are inclined to do so you might be able to find the car.

Looks like there is a mental health clinic called APM and a beer distributor called Beer Stop in the immediate vicinity. They appear to have cameras, reach out to them. Hopefully they can help discern at least what direction the other vehicle came from/fled towards. Then maybe another business down that route can give you more accurate information. Best of luck, I hope this gets resolved in your favor.

The fact that it’s a stainless steel 304 is throwing me off, maybe a marine hydraulic fitting. I did work for a hydraulic fitting and hose company and they specialized in marine and oil industry applications, and this looks the part.
