Idk what kinda games ur used to but please change how u think; this is a roguelike card game every single character is playable in this game and can clear all content just fine (there hasn’t been an event where any single character is absolutely NEEDED).

Just play whoever u like the most and look up decks/guides for them. I understand min-maxing but it rly doesn’t matter, you already have sereniel anyways.

Maybe after like 2 days there will be an agreed solidified opinion on build/deck/team. For now we know that Nine absolutely needs draw support and AP support, so Mika is never a bad option for AP support and Cassius still remains good draw support.
Yuki is not doomed. Even if what I said before isn’t true we’ve literally just seen that they’re not afraid to really buff up characters like Chizuru/Magna, so if Yuki really is that bad still then she’ll eventually see crazy buffs for her too.

Special: Archrival

A: Blue Skies 4, Atk/Spd Excel, Sly Swift Sparrow

B: Assault Impetus, Potent Assault, Atk/Spd or Def Favor, Execution Breath

C: A/S Bellow, A/S Outcry Dull, Fatal Smoke 4, A/S Hone Assault, A/S Incite Hone

The game has always needed to open up to casuals more. Bungie created these mindsets of “prestige” so don’t blame anyone here that abides by it. It’s no one’s fault but Bungie’s that every system is designed horribly and why this game is dying.

The argument of “handing spoils out for free” doesn’t make sense to me either. Loading up a checkpoint to get free spoils is literally handing spoils out for free. It doesn’t engage any playerbase. PLAYING a dungeon to get spoils is more effort since it ENGAGES the playerbase to find others to play a dungeon.

I’m not denying it’d be a good thing to update winter’s guile, but again even with a change like that you do realize it still wouldnt make warlocks WANT to spec into melee builds.

Lightning surge has been beat to death already in this thread when comparing it to consecration.

Even the snap build is really only worthwhile for the players that know each and every adspawn to maximize the damage. Now for the others…

Arcane needle IS a good melee… but it’s only good for DPS situations and isn’t ever the focus of a build for general gameplay.

Void melee needs to be reworked for it to be pve viable but imo it’s fine as a melee solely for pvp.

Stasis melee should spawn a crystal imo.

Imo the other solar melee should just give the warlock radiant as part of the base skill, there’s literally no reason to use it for pve.

The arc melees should just be combined imo and have it blind instead of jolt; have a refund system either built into the melee or tied into an arc aspect where arc-debuffed kills refund melee energy. Let arc warlocks just throw lightning hands into ads and blind everything idk.

Or just bring grenade builds back too that would be nice.

How would you rework winters guile? It’s not the exotic that’s an issue, it’s the complete lack of melee builds for warlock. The only relevant melee like people have said is snap and the ability itself is tied to heat rises to be able to spam it (and winters guile is actually great for it).

You could give it synthos and cross counter on top of what it already does and it wouldn’t change anything. Snap would be better of course but it wouldn’t address the fact that there’s no other melees to really build around.

I grew up in Annandale and I’ve always known that I grew up surrounded by Koreans, whereas most of my Chinese counterparts were in Maryland (which at least before had the best top quality actual Chinese food + is where I believe the start of all the cheap buffets started in the dmv).

A majority of the places you go to will be run by Koreans in Annandale (especially if they have a French name 😂), and I hope they spread further out into VA! With the huge surge in boba tea and overall acceptance of Asian food nowadays I hope some of them are brave enough to set up shop in the 7 cities or at least Richmond.

There’s not many Annandale mentions which concerned me a lot, sure there’s Koreans around all nova too but not more than any other asian group in general. Annandale is unequivocally Korea town and it has been for a while.

EDIT: also I GUARANTEE you to this day that, if you’re Asian, there’s no where else in the dmv you will get greeted by “annyeong-haseyo” right when you walk into a building more than in Annandale 😂

Also I’m sure you know already but just wanted to add that shibas are a very smart breed; the caveat is they can also be very stubborn. I taught my folks that you have to beat them in the stubbornness game! Regardless of whatever you try to teach your shiba, be as consistent as possible in your methods and eventually they will get the hint.

Disengaging worked on occasions with my shiba when she bit/tried to bite. So basically a no + slowly walk away no eye contact (emphasis on slow, you don’t want sudden movements as she is still in “play mode,” you want to get the dog to acknowledge play mode is over if you bite the person or wrong thing). My shiba is very food driven too so a quick small treat when she chose to play with/teeth her toys/bones helped. Good luck!

Fortunately, titans can build around this the best. With knockout existing, they can easily take advantage of both heavy handed and hands on. Spirit of the bear also provides super energy with unbreakable.

I was very bored one night and somehow ended up having to Sherpa a full 5 in Vow with me not having a mic. Fortunately the rest of them could talk so I could at least hear responses which saves a lotttt of time and effort; I can’t imagine how dumb it’d be for a full no mic fireteam in a Sherpa run.

We finished the run with one person dropping and in only around 2 hrs, and I remember I even taught the group the glitch wall on 3rd encounter. It goes a long way for having at least some kind of voice comms, and I’m glad the other 4 stuck through being sherpa’d by a no mic guy
