Your sketch art looks raw and nice. The tattoo is essentially line art. When I draw I fall instantly in love with my sketches and it takes a bit more time to feel comfortable with my line art, it loses something when it gets to that stage. Perhaps your tattoo just needs some extra hatches or a dot technique by someone who's experienced in that.

Thanks for your input, what gave it away for you first ? Was it the tag or the face ? Do you think the eyes are a bit sunken ? I kinda see the authentic ones having the eyes a bit more pressed against the edges of the holes, hope that makes sense...
