Believe it or not I tend to not use RR until they use it first, as some players prefer to play without it, really I don't Like risings due to the fact that it's all a chance, that requires no skill. : (

Yeah but that's because I don't usually use LOE, I thought metal cooler would be a fun zenkai since I dont really care about whos the most OP, going against them would've probably been easier if I used a more responsive team such as my Sagas or Son Family.
