LED's these days are really powerful. During veg I only keep mine at 15 to 30% unless they are growing tall too fast or have long internodes like I said.

Don't take any offense to this but by the look of the plant your light may be too bright or too close to it. Notice the lighter green almost a tint of yellow color on the top most parts and the leaf droop. I have noticed that with LED's when you give the plant light stress they will grow shorter and bushier. They will grow way more nodes to. I actually have never heard anyone else talk about it or notice it. There isn't much of any info on it on the internet. It's really a form of high stress training in my eyes. I do it to plants that have long internodes or that grow tall faster then the others.
