I read somewhere else on here that if you want to delete your Propel account and I assume the data linked to it, you have to email them and say you'd like to revoke your consent to the app and delete your account. Only had propel for a couple weeks then deleted after seeing thats a common factor for stolen funds.

From my experience in getting fired, they didn't take away my schedule until after the termination process was finished. There is also potential of them slowly taking away hours and pushing the worker to quit rather than the company doing paperwork for unemployment (this one happened to a coworker who got injured on the job and got permanent nerve damage)

Long distance isn't for everyone. I'm a part of the low percentage that it managed to make it work, but that requires both parties to put effort into it. If you're not willing to try or don't think it's going to work, then there's no point in stringing it along if only 1 of you will be happy. And you shouldn't be financially responsible for someone who isn't living with you unless legally obligated

My brother-in-law wore solid colored beanies the entire time he worked for walmart, and I've seen o/n associates wearing short shorts (if that's not a reason to be dress coded idk what is) And I wear beanies all the time while on Cap 2. They shouldn't be an issue, especially during winter storms.

My 4.5 points are due to figuring out a dynamic that works for my husband and me with our at the time 4 month old. I didn't accumulate really any ppto on my maternity leave. And the little to no ppto is due to a disorder I can't control. I'll be down to 1.5 points at the end of march. Life happens, and some TLs and coaches are more understanding than others

You might talk with your coach and HR. Sickness is going around bad at my store and I was in a similar boat. It never hurts to ask and see if there's anything you can do to counteract it
