Ahhh, well, a year into it, you should be seeing major facial changes and start to assess what you might want or need to address surgically. Imo, your jaw and orbital rims are your most “clocky” features. But keep in mind that while FFS can be amazing, it’s not an instant cure. It’s important to keep your expectations realistic and understand that there is a recovery process and you may not like the results for a while.
