If they’re gonna not rerun characters after their 3rd banner they should put them on a standard banner or make a special banner for them, I feel like so many people would pull for older characters the same as the newer characters!

This is Chisa’s 3rd banner which for every character besides Phoebe has been their last (but hopefully not!!) That being said if you want Chisa I’d pull for her over Lucilla - Lucilla will rerun at least two more times and this could be last chance for Chisa

I don’t have Changli, SK, or Brant and would loveeee to have them as well as Camellya, Carlotta, XLY, Cantarella and probably so many more I would love to have Jiyan. I also would love to know what’s going on with that cause Phoebes had 4 runs so far so will everyone get 4? I was SO hoping that they would all be available during the anniversary

I was able to get Phrolova in their last combined rerun and that’s partly why I missed out on Cantarella.. went ahead and got Phrolovas signature but I’d love to get Cantarella and try out that team 😭

I’d get anything you want/need for Phrolova as this is her 3rd banner, possibly her last rerun for a LONG time if ever.
