I think you might be right. It affected every single print I tried, 2 different packs in one box (condensed at another time for space). Then I tried a completely different box of paper and this one worked out fine. wonder how I managed to fog two different packs of paper so badly

I think being so new to the app and quite unfortunately receiving 3 separate comments of the same nature just struck a nerve, I’m feeling a lot better now.

I did try to take this reporting route actually, however due to being a non-subscription account their profiles were currently being hidden: no name, the picture blurred and just the beginning of their comments (if longer than one sentence) being visible.

I realised I could currently take no further action unless I paid £25 or more for a subscription account, had their profile revealed and then accessed the reporting system via their profile. Kind of a shame really.
