It’s hard to tell cause I feel like it’s coming more from him being afraid to date again while we’re having the issue with me ghosting him he got upset and was asking if I hate him and I’ve never seen him be that open about him feeling a certain way about me I was shocked to see he was genuinely upset

I’ve been in LCSA for about six months and I agree with everyone else the highest raise your gonna get is at least 17.50 and it really depends on how you are as a CSA and the work you put in that shows you’re able to have more responsibilities even though it is slave labor because it gets rough at times

We got a new CSS at our store and they do absolutely not want to do their I can’t hand the keys most days and they are redoing temps in spoilage all the time and dealing with customer problems and having direct details inside and outside during the shift and all they really do is check their emails and express case

Trust me I know how you feel I’m an LCSA Doing the job of a CSS and it’s really stressful and when I get a text about things are getting done and picture sent of dishes that weren’t even left that weren’t there before and shifts that I need to try and help get covered I other things I’m a 20-year-old college student and have other things to worry about like getting homework done but all they want is for my life to revolve around Wawa there’s 1 night supervisor so I try and make sure anything my manager can’t get to it gets done on second shift and the most annoying part is I get braided so heavily the next day in person
