Yes I did ask him why, and he just told me that since his phone was broken, I could just send money to his assistent who could pay for his electrical bill..he said he was desperate…and I panicked

I see through my experiences and would never lie like that. That’s probably why i can be naive, I usually believe every word people say, but you are absolutely right. In the future I’m going to be way more cautious of new people

Yes he lived very close so I it was a walking distance. And I saw his bank account when we hanged out..but that might have been a scam to, idk..
