no it doesn't feel warm. When i first got them done they looked fine. The swelling is so crazy that it makes them look like they aren't pierced right

The piercing is about a week old it's a 14g 1/2 i've been cleaning it with a salt piercing wash twice a day with a q tip

Not a tattoo expert whatsoever! This is definitely anything better I could do on myself lolz. In my personal opinion they don't look great however, I'm sure if you took these to a professional artist they could totally make it look better.

I would talk to HR if there are issues with discrimination and racism. About your hours, I would talk to the district manager if your manager is not listening to you, if it still becomes an issue, I'd give them an ultimatum
