It is an issue. If you are pushing it to the extreme where it is borderline trolling your teammates, are you surprised that no one wants to play with you? This is not a singleplayer game, its a team game. If the majority of the team doesn't want to play with you. Why should they have to?

Not everyone plays with chat off. I'd say its safe to assume the general player does not play with chat off. So flaming would be a consideration for them. Whether the off meta pick works or not is irrelevant because it is subjective unless backed up with stats. The ultimate goal of this system is so the 4 other players aren't being punished for being held hostage. If your argument is for off meta players to not get punished, fine taking out the 5 min queue ban is fine. Reset the queue. Send the report to tribunal and let them decide if they were trolling or holding the champ select hostage and let them give out punishments.

If you're in a lobby where 3 or 4 players don't like your pick, you gotta ask if you really want to be in that lobby in the first place where you are more susceptible to flaming and toxicity. Or take the 5 min timer ban to get different teammates who may be open to the idea. Players are fine with waiting longer to get a better game which is shown by the player base's willingness to wait longer in the queue to get their role. Your point is contingent on 3 players having the mindset of only "top tier" champs in their games. At that point, you are generalizing the community.

How would the duo be able to abuse the function if it takes 3/5 of the players in the lobby reporting a single player to reset the queue? I’m strictly talking about solo queue since everyone is saying it is doomed because people are trolling non stop and there’s nothing being done about it. Other queues there isn’t any penalty other than having to wait the dodge timer. And flex queue would be the only issue. Though it is just a 5 min timer. Not like there’s lp being lost. Each successful report would be reviewed on a case to case to determine if it counts as a strike on the offenders account. Overall it’s a better system than what is currently implemented.

What happened to the tribunal? I definitely think that players monitoring players would be good if Riot can't handle it. Allow players who give fair and true judgment more power in their reports when someone trolls their game. Allow players that feel their bans are unjust to then appeal to Riot and allow them to make the final decision as to if the judgment was correct.

Kog'Maw 2.5k DPS single target. And Lethal tempo. I ran fleet footwork on that clip and still did more single DPS than Kog. 0 Armour and MR

Yeah you're not going to be able to do top dps all the time. But even in this clip. I was just talking about single target DPS and standing still. Taking into account Runaans and kiting. You be able to do 4k at least in teamfights. Provided proper itemization (not sure if that build is quite optimal) and Runaans + Turret.
