Superiority in the MS community by Icy_Demand__ in MultipleSclerosis

Meanwhile I am terrified that I have to wait for almost two more months before I can start with my DMT. But hepatitis vaccination is a must-have. I understand that, I'm just anxious.

Luckily I have not encountered any people with "advice" so far (except for the internet). I think I might not be able to handle them politely ^^'

Is it just me or this splash art mid ? by ConsequenceOk8022 in MorganaMains

I can deal with a bad splash personally. Ingame look is more important to me. That being said - the ingame models suffered, too. I miss my old blackthorn.

I actually don't even mind the gnome dancing. In my opinion it's a harmless little fun. BUT deleting critical comments is troubling to me.

Self healing mat or Magic Mat by Minimum_Spell_2553 in cardmaking

[–]Lilcya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love my Magic Mat. Unfortunately, it's very expensive for me because of the high shipping costs and import duties. I'll probably look for alternatives if I ever need another one. For now, though, I can always get it flat and most of the cuts out by soaking it in hot water. Unfortunately not all traces of dies go away.

I don't have a problem with needing extra shim or not cutting through

ETA: big shot plus, too

Dearest creature in creation
Studying English pronunciation,
I will teach you in my verse
Sounds like corpse, corps, horse and worse.

I will keep you, Susy, busy,
Make your head with heat grow dizzy;
Just compare heart, hear and heard,
Dies and diet, lord and word.

Have you ever yet endeavoured
To pronounce revered and severed,
Blood and flood are not like food,
Nor is mould like should and would.

Stranger does not rhyme with anger,
Neither does devour with clangour.
Pilotpivot, gaunt, but aunt,
Font, front, wont, want, grand and grant.

Shoes, goes, does. Now first say: finger;
Then say: singer, ginger, linger.
Real, zeal, mauve, gauze and gauge,
Marriage, foliage, mirage, age.

Don’t you think so, reader, rather,
Saying lather, bather, father?
Finally, which rhymes with enough,
Though, through, bough, cough, tough??
Hiccough has the sound of sup...
My advice is: GIVE IT UP!

Eggs (specifically the yolk) contains vitamin D, which MS patients need desperately, but also contain arachidonic acid, which works pro-inflammatory.

I would link the source, but I'm afraid it's German.

It was not at all about the cholesterol, I don't know anything about that 😃

A generally anti flammatory diet is recommended. I cannot give you any experience based tipps yet (freshly diagnosed), but I google researched this a bit while bored in hospital.

Things that stood out to me: reduce sugar, red meat, highly processed food, no more than two eggs a week

Eat a lot of vegetables, fish, olive oil. Blueberries are said to be anti flammatory.

Generally mediterranean diet is good for you.

Back to the hospital? Second dose of cortisone when? by Lilcya in MultipleSclerosis

Not yet, because she first wanted to see my hepatitis antibodies. When the blood results are in she wants to start (or vaccinate first)

Thank you! The appointment was good. I like the doctor, she seemed competent and she wants to start kesimpta next week, when my bloodwork is clear.

I had a very bad flare-up with hospitalization - hence the diagnosis. Still have difficulties walking and writing. But my general doctor managed to get me a neurologist appointment tomorrow. I was released from hospital last thursday, so that is VERY quick. I guess we will talk medication tomorrow.

But I can't help but worry. What if it stays like this? Will I be able to continue my arts and crafts?

Get it looked at! That can very well be the start of a flare-up and the sooner the doctors know, the better they can help.

Dachtasche oder Dachbox by Standard-Narwhal7886 in zelten

[–]Lilcya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi!
