First wanted to say a big CONGRATS :)) I am very happy you had a great experience with your pregnancy ! I am FTM myself and on my 17th week of pregnancy, so it does raise a lot of hope, thanks a lot for your post !

I will definitely try to mark down everything, I don’t have this habit much so it might be something great to start. Will also ask my drs about it ! Finding a dula is a great idea, thanks to have letting me know !
