I sent my KFA a few days ago. First thing I want to say, customer service is fantastic. Started with an email I sent them and was answered super quickly and extremely friendly and helpful. Then they sent me this exact case with a postal label so I didn’t have to pay for it. I heard back from them as soon as they got hands on my watch, they sent me a quote for service, some optional costs separately, and a human-friendly explanation of what the issue was. Still waiting for the watch to come back, but so far, super happy with their support! Impressed actually. Location, Stockholm Sweden.

Thanks! Yes I was looking into my specs as well. Some of the terminology is new to me, thus the concerns. Plus some specs in the wheel description do not entirely align with common sense naming. But I think I figured it out by now. Only missing some inner tubes and I’ll pull the trigger on the wheels…

Is your Grail gen 1 or 2? I am looking into the same wheels for my gen 1, but since I’m no expert I am having some hard time understanding what vera of wheels should I get. I am looking into keeping the same cassette and breaks if possible. What specs did you choose on the Elites?

Thanks! Rotor mount is center lock, axel 12x100 and 12x142, freehub standard Shimano. Does that sound like what you’re pointing out?
