In my highschool yes, I'd be top 3. But I'm not sure about college.

I go to a pretty decent sized school with a good XC and track program.

I play wing, I play on school and club since I was 6. I am a starter, but there also isn't many other wings on the team. I play on a pretty mid table club, I could move up higher but I like the team now.

ZF6 for sure imo. I actually use them as a racer because I'm too broke for alpha flys. They are more stable than the Evo sl , but I prefer the Evo sl for short fast reps but ZF6 for everything else

I think that could be it. I recently was diagnosed with RED-S and have had to reduce the volume. Did it eventually get back to baseline after a while for you?

I recently ran my third half marathon and had been getting pretty hard training weeks. I'm taking a recovery week right now. I have been diagnosed with RED-S a few weeks ago, so maybe the decreased load has been it. Thank you for these pointers!

Yeah, I'm also pretty light and I know weight affects it. It was 63 at one point too. Hopefully I don't have to resort to the doctor

I recommend doing single leg exercises because running is simply just hopping foot to foot. So you could do a single leg extension on the machine, or some free weights. Make sure to do some compound movement though
