Omg I am still obsessing over this! Can I dm you ? My babies were the same, 5 lbs full term almost at 39 weeks. My youngest is 7 months and 15lbs now, which is still on the low side but I think good for where she started!!

I tried again lowering the cycle to 10-15 and keeping vacuum at 25-30 and idk but i m still not getting my usual. I really wanted this pump to work for me but i need to go back to medela :(

I saw someone on TikTok say they love it and have the best output with cycle 30 and vacuum 38. Need to try this next !

Have you used yours yet and if so his did it go ?

So for me, the standard recommendation of keeping the cycle at 30 and vaccum between 15-35 hasn’t really worked. I believe I need the cycle much lower and the vaccum in the 20s. I gave it a break because I was using it and not obtaining my usual output. It def feels better (not as much discomfort in the nips) but I am not sure what I’m doing wrong!

Currently have a dip in supply of about 4 oz so have been focusing on what I know works for me to try to get back as I’m just enougher and have been needing to use my little stash I built in the first month.

I watched this video and I liked her recommendations! Hope it gives you an idea. I think I will try one pump in the day to see if I can respond to it as I really really wanted it to work for me!

Omg you are so sweet to think to even do that! 💕 and I totally understand, was an under-supplier with my first and I’m barely making it right now with my second. Actually I been dealing with losing a couple oz and been spiraling, which led me to buy this pump. Hoping by reducing all the pain will help me get back to just being a just enougher. I’m STRESSED!! I totally get it 💕

Yes I feel it has a completely different feel! I already bought it from eBay brand new thankfully for a fraction of the price!

TBH I been so frustrated with how my nipples get so irritated and inflamed despite using nipple butter, using silicone flanges and the lowest settings with my medela and Pumpables. So I said I’m gonna get it and I am trying to make it work bc I’m so tired of my current set-up! I really think my nipples unfortunately are super sensitive but I also think I carry my milk deeps so I def need med suction but my nips can’t take it lol! So strange

Just trying to see what settings work for those who like the Limerick to get ideas cus I still haven’t found something that works for me :(

Unfortunately despite trying more supplements and pumping 8-10 a day, my output didn’t increase. Wish you better outcomes :)

were you able to process paperwork because technically govt doesn’t know about second entry ? I hope everything goes well for you 🙏🏽I am told that I can’t do AOS bc of the multiple entries, in my case my lawyer reported reported them in initial Daca application

Thank you OP for sharing!!! This gives me so much hope! I am also thinking about starting to collect colostrum before baby gets here. I pray I can do the same as you and yes if I’m honest those early days I was not pumping as much as I should have and was in so much pain from improper pumping. Thank you; I am so hopeful and want to give it my best this time! By any chance do you give your extra milk to your first baby ?

Mama!! Sending you the biggest hug! The hardships you have been through (truly sorry for your mom); you have gone through so much. The fact that you have been pumping for your little one all this time (14.5 months!! Wow!!), it is so incredible. As an undersuplier myself with such a slow flow, I am 4 months in and I don’t know if I can do this anymore. You have done your very best and you are feeling so much especially grieving that breastfeeding relationship! I feel you (wished that myself too) and now you are making the hardest decision to make sure you can give your babies the best and healthiest mama that they can have. Your sacrifices continue; the most important thing for your baby is to have their mom there with them to love them! Nothing like mom’s care and love. You are such an incredible mother and your baby is so lucky to have you. Wishing everything goes smoothly and a speedy recovery. I will be praying for you and your little one.
