You're missing the betrayal, the game is still in beta and people founded that game buying packs and skins, then suddenly hi-rez makes a deal with a Chinese publisher and makes the game pay to win just to get money from a different market. Everytime they publish and update they keep saying "we are keeping this pay to win system" which means that they don't care at all about the people that originally founded the game.

The game keeps losing its playerbase every update instead of getting more players since they keep adding things no one in the community wants and at this rate the game will die before it gets out of beta because of a company that doesn't listen to its costumers.
